Cheeseman Farm

Last Saturday we visited Cheeseman Farm in Portersville, PA. We went on a hayride to a pumpkin patch. The girls and I already had our own pumpkins so only Daddy needed to pick one out.

We rode back to the farm and got to pet some baby farm animals! There were baby chickens, a calf and some goats. A few days a week Reagan and I have "school" during Karly's morning nap. I teach her letters of the alphabet, numbers, shapes, colors and a weekly theme. Last week the theme was "Calf." So this was very exciting for Reagan to see one up close and be able to pet it!!

**If you are interested in doing "school" with your toddler you should check out these awesome websites my sister told me about:

Here is an example of what we do:

Here are some shots from the farm:

Ps...At the beginning of the slideshow it says "Greetings From the Jones." I had fixed it to say "Greetings from the Hawks" but for some reason it still says Jones!! I don't feel like fixing it again so please disregard that part! ;-)
