The Things Reagan Says...

Reagan has been saying quite a few things to make Mommy and Daddy laugh lately.

#1
I (Kristy) had just woken up and Reagan was sitting on my lap. I was getting the sleep out of my eyes but Reagan thought I was picking my nose. She said "Don't pick your nogies Mommy!"

#2
The other day Reagan found a pair of goggles in Grandma's drawer. She put them on and said "I want to go swimming pooling!!"

#3
Last night I was reading Reagan her bedtime stories. The book we were reading was called Bedtime for Kittens and was a lift-the-flap book. I noticed that one of the flaps was ripped (the picture on the flap was of a couch.)

Mommy: "What happened to this Reagan?"
Reagan: "I ripped it!"
Mommy: "I don't like that you did that Reagan"
Reagan: "It's ok Mommy, I'll buy a new couch"
Mommy: "With what money?"
Reagan: "Me!"

Giggles from both Mommy and Reagan!!

Here is an example of Reagan's nighttime prayer:

"Dear Jesus,
Thank you for my Mommy and my Daddy and Reagan and Karly and Gosco (which is supposed to be Rosco) and Bronco and Reagan and Karly and Mommy and Daddy. Dear Jesus, Thank you for my job and my Mommy's job and my Daddy's job. (peeks one eye open and says "What else?" Mommy says "just tell Jesus what you are thankful for.") Dear Jesus, thank you for my Aunt Tina and my Spencer and my Nolan and my Johnny and my Bob and my Lilly and my Grant and my Brian and my Grady Morrison. (Giggles from Mommy) And Dear Jesus, thank you for my Brian Morrison. (more giggles) And Dear Jesus, please let my Karly feel better.
Amen!"

She then told me that Karly was sick with a cough and that she had to take her again to the doctors. We don't have insurance right now so I said "We don't have any insurance though. What will we use?" She replied "I do Mommy. I have insurance."

I love so much hearing the things that come out of that little girl's mouth! She is such a joy and I am so lucky that God gave Derek and me this child to raise!
